2022 Soul Mate Pét-Nat

This ain’t your Mother’s Champagne, that’s for sure! Made with an Old School method (méthode ancestral) of creating sparkling wine, our Pét-Nat (short for Pétillant Naturel) is full of citrusy goodness. Aromas of green apple skin, orange blossom and ocean air. Notes of kiwi, meyer lemon, and sour apple rings with lingering notes of ginger powder and celery salt. Best enjoyed on a brunch date overlooking the coast while indulging in fried chicken and waffles.
