2021 Tiny Dancer
Picpoul Blanc

Sold Out
This variety has become very popular in Paso Robles and is very popular on hot summer days! The name "Picpoul" translates to "lip stinger" as it is known for its bright, vibrant acidity. These grapes come from the Old Oak Vineyard in the Willow Creek District and are head-trained and dry-farmed. Aromas and
flavors of jasmine and green tea. Hints of dried thyme and orange blossom dance on the palate, finishing with an ocean spray salinity. A pretty texture reminiscent of fresh rain water. Pair with a seaside beach view shucking oysters with your partner in crime.
