One of the newest wines in our collector's line, this Grenache was made using the Carbonic Maceration technique, where the berries are kept whole cluster and fermented in the absence of oxygen. This process gives you a beautifully light, fruity, and highly refreshing red wine. Tasting notes like cotton candy and watermelon dum dum excite the palate, with essences of strawberry, pomegranate, rose petal, and fennel adding texture and complexity. It might even make you want to sing, "Green on the vine, like strawberry wine..."
