2021 Purple Rain

West Rincon Vineyard in the Arroyo Grande farmed by the Talley family with coastal influence that allows the grapes to ripen slowly and retain fresh acidity. Bright pomegranate and under ripe strawberry are balanced with pine needle, morel mushroom and forest floor; lingering hints of cardamom, coriander and allspice. Undertones wonderfully reminiscent of Honey Comb cereal on a Sunday morning! Pairs well with roasted quail or a balcony view on the coast. Drink now or will age beautifully over the next 4-7 years.
