2021 Jackal

A fan favorite, our Jackal has evolved over the years and never disappoints. This vintage is no exception! We chose these vineyards for their fresh red fruit and to highlight the terroir. Scents of fresh cranberry and pomegranate comingle and toasted notes of marshmallow and coconut. Balanced with hints of black licorice, cardamom and anise with a compelling dried tobacco finish. Reminiscent of Ocean Spray juice on a hot day. Pairs deliciously with Bratwurst on the grill and baseball in the background! Drink now or over the next 3-5 years.
