2021 Big Bad
Zinfandel & Petite Sirah

Sold Out
Still Jackal's bigger, badder brother! Petite Sirah complements the Zinfandel in this blend making it the richest Zin in our repertoire. Intriguing notes of elderberry, black currant and wet stone on the nose. Layers of ripe strawberry and fresh basil. Dried plum, warm French toast, maple and caramelized bacon on the palate. Evocative of s'mores on a warm summer's night! If any wine is the perfect pairing for a Santa Maria style BBQ tri tip, we have it here folks! Will age wonderfully for 2-6 years.
