2020 Watchtower

Our Watchtower is a beautiful Rhone blend. Paper Street Vineyard is one one of the highest elevations here in Paso with a very rugged territory leading to fruit with character. Aromas and flavors of cola, dried sage, ripe boysenberry, wild blackberry and pretty lavender, with a limestone gravel-like minerality. Subtle notes of lilac, pine sap, and fresh cut rosemary add depth and interest; hints of candied licorice, reminiscent of Good & Plenty. You deserve to treat yourself to this pairing: Watchtower and cherry cobbler (with lots of ice cream)! Drink now or for the next 4-6 years.
