Decadent notes of fresh homemade raspberry jam and cream soda with the brightness of fresh cranberry and wild strawberry. Sarsaparilla, rhubarb, Herb de Provence and delicate tea rose notes on the finish. Absolutely delicious with Thai food, specifically pad see ew, served slightly chilled on a summer's evening. Drink now or age for the next 3-5 years.
