Danger Zone is a wonderful example showcasing all that the Mourvèdre variety has to offer. Aromatics suggestive of Maraschino cherry, orange rind and raw sugar. On the palate, vibrant blue raspberry, tart cherry, dried Thai basil and an intriguing finish of rainbow peppercorn and angostura bitters with hints of sweet tomato leaf and decadent filo pastry. Wonderfully reminiscent of a cherry pineapple Big Stick! Perfectly pairs with a Irish roasted lamb and mint jelly dinner or with family as a pre-golf wine! Drink now or over the next 4-6 years.
