Still Jackal's bigger, badder brother! Petite Sirah complements the Zinfandel in this blend making it the richest Zinfandel in our repertoire. Intriguing notes of elderberry, black currant and wet stone on the nose. Dried plum, blueberry scone, maple and caramelized bacon on the palate. Evocative of smores on a warm summer's night! If any wine is the perfect pairing for a Santa Maria style BBQ tri tip, we have it here folks! Will age wonderfully for 2-6 years!
