This year the Predator is all Syrah and full of intrigue. Dusty notes of blueberry, vanilla and cobbler with hints of wet stone, bacon fat and olive brine on the palate. Finishes with warm Ceylon cinnamon and nutmeg. Pairs incredibly well with Porchetta. This beautiful Syrah will age 6-8 years.
