2025 Come Sail Away

A brand new wine from our brand new vineyard! This is the first Fiano we have ever made, coming from our newest estate vineyard, “Casa Blanca” planted in the Templeton Gap District. This Fiano opens with white peach, orange rind, and honeysuckle. On the pallet, pear and dried herbs lead to flavors of almond and hazelnut, finishing with a honeyed and slightly waxy texture. This is a wine that balances lively freshness with weight and depth. A great pairing with fish, this white wine also has the ability to go great with roasted chicken.
