2024 Heart of Stone

Our Heart of Stone is Greco di Tufo and Fallangina, Southern Italian varietals with bright, vibrant acidity and exceptional aromatics. Flavors and aromas of yellow apple, chamomile honey, and white peach tea round the nose. Notes of honeysuckle, passionfruit and dragon fruit with a waxy nutty finish. Reminiscent of Hawaiian tropical shave ice and finger-limes on the pallet. Pair with a vineyard picnic or shucking oysters as the sun sets.
