Green Eyes is a wonderful nod to the white wines of the Mosel Valley in Germany. This Riesling is grown in the Wirz vineyard, planted in 1962, making it one of the oldest examples in California. A very classic Riesling with thirst quenching notes of lemon verbena, white flowers, and peaches. A beautiful finish of key lime, honeycomb, and hints of white tea.
