2023 Green Eyes - Riesling

Green Eyes is the newest addition to our growing Collectors' Series and a wonderful nod to the white wines of the Mosel Valley in Germany. This Riesling is grown in the Wirz vineyard, planted in 1962, making it one of the oldest examples in California. A very classic Riesling with thirst quenching notes of lemon peel, white flowers, and nectarine skin. A beautiful finish of key lime, honeycomb, and hints of bright green tea. Enjoy on a rocky coast with your favorite fish tacos!
