2021 California Love

A play on light Southern Rhône red blends. Grenache adds layers of texture and depth to complement the high-toned red fruit character of Counoise. Beautiful hues of light garnet. Notes of freshly picked red plum, red raspberry, wild strawberry, and cinnamon stick on the nose. Dried hay and herbaceous notes of fennel and sage on the palate. Best enjoyed at an outdoor bistro on a warm summer's evening to pair with herb roasted chicken. Drink now or over the next 3 to 5 years.
