A textbook Paso Robles Cabernet, Alpha is one of our biggest fan favorites and a true leader of the pack. Notes of cassis, cardamom, vanilla and pencil shavings are wonderfully intriguing. Vibrant wild black currant and dried cranberry lead to beautiful layers of sandalwood and nutmeg; a finish of green peppercorn and iron with undertones reminiscent of freshly ground coffee on a cold winter's morning. Enjoy now with local grass-fed ribeye on an ocean-front date night or will age wonderfully for 5-8 years.
