Clairette blanche is widely grown in Provence and in the Rhône region of France. Often used in the production of vermouth as this grape naturally has high alcohol and lower acidity. Since our Clairette blanche is grown on steep, rugged hills in the Willow Creek District, known for its hot days and cooler nights, this lends more acidity and concentration to the grapes. Very pale in color, bone-dry and lively acidity on the palate, with lemon, lime citrus aromas leading to a clean, crisp finish. Enjoy when the weather gets warm and pair it with some fabulous food!
