2023 Green Eyes

Green Eyes is the newest addition to our growing Collectors' Series and a wonderful nod to the white wines of Austria. Definitely a must for those that love obscure finds or anyone looking for the perfect warm weather sipper. Very classic example of Grüner with thirst quenching notes of Kaffir Lime, lemon, grapefruit rind and nectarine skin. A beautiful finish of key lime, Granny Smith apple, white pepper, tarragon with hints of bright green tea. Enjoy on a rocky coast with your favorite sushi roll!
