The Predator is full of intrigue with aromatics of black currant, black raspberry and beautiful floral notes of violet are layered over ocean spray and hints of asphalt after a light morning shower. On the palate, acai, tomato leaf, dried sage and smoked meat with subtle espresso bean and lavender. Beautiful spice character reminiscent of paprika and curry powder. Finishes with green peppercorn and a black olive salinity. Pairs deliciously with homemade Baby Back ribs. This beautiful Syrah will age 3-6 years.
